Q: Do you sell Rilakkuma items?
A: Yes.

Q: What do you have available?
A: All sale items are listed under the Available Listing page.

Q: Are your items authentic San-X?
A: Yes. I order directly from San-X or from other japanese retailers from Japan that deal in Rilakkuma merchandise. I will have photos of the items (including tags) for sale plus a stock image for comparison.

Q: I would like to purchase something from you. How do I place an order?
A: I will update this when I have something setup for purchasing.

Q: I live outside the United States. Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently I only ship within the United States. Sorry.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: I accept paypal. Cashier’s checks are also acceptable. While I do not recommend it, I do accept cash payments but be advised that I will not be held accountable if your money becomes lost in the mail. Also, if you send funny money (i.e. counterfeit) I WILL send it back to you.

Q: I want to purchase something as a gift. Do you gift wrap?
A: Sorry, I do not gift wrap orders currently.

Q: I want to have an order shipped to someone else’s house as a gift.
A: I can do that. Please send a note when purchasing specifying it as a gift. Otherwise I will leave in the invoice in the package.

Q: I’m looking for a specific item that’s not listed. Do you by small chance have stock?
A: If it’s not listed then it’s not for sale. Sorry, I don’t sell from my personal collection. (I love Rilakkuma, too, you know!)

Q: Do you take pre-orders?
A: Currently no. Perhaps in the future though.

Q: Where can I find more Rilakkuma items (that you’re not selling)?
A: Please check the links under the Links tab on the top of the page. I have a few places you might check. Sometimes they have sales, too!
